freezing started again today at 7:30pm est. Now it is down for 2 minutes 12110 kbox. Lets see when it is going to be up?

freezing starting 730 8pm eastern again
I am down on 119. since sunday 7th. my port is 35010 on the domain.
Freezing started on all channels again at exactly 6:30pm mt time. Port 12110, why can't this get fixed ???
