no everything is running fine on our end
Not sure what you have or haven't tried, but reboot everything internet related you own.If that isn't a solution,verify your account status at the account checker @ their website.If your account is valid, do you get a "failed to connect" error message?Curios what stb you're using.
Check Power Supply. At first you will start loosing channels and signal strength will drop. In the end the Sat will have red bar instead of blue. Box will still function. Lookup "Power Adapter Supply 12V for MAG 254 256 322, DREAMLINK Dlite T1PLUS T2 T5, FORMULER Z7+ US Plug" on Amazon for 14.99$ for fix.
bad switch for me. changed it out and good.

Connected to server but dark.
Some SD are missing but all HD are gone. Able to watch 204, 504 503, 501 but not 502 and 250.

In September at exatly 4 pm does not look good.
we are having issues with some of the seeder cards
looks like some may have got hit with a ecm
allow us some time to get things back up
got connection but no tv channels
we have just brought a bunch more sd online
this is going to take a bit of time to get everything back online
