we have a problem, with the database, a few accounts are down, we are working

We are also deleting accounts that were stealing channels, from those clients we do not accept claims, we can give them the history of what they were doing. this hurts the majority of clients who are honetos in the use of the service

So what are you saying you ban members from the server for disrespecting your service?If so get it together and members would have no problem praising if thats what you want.Problem with communicating privately with you is your right. You ban them in your mind and just ignore them.If can't handle the heat then stay out of the kitchen!!!! You can at least show some respect to customers and stop taking them till you can at least catch up and provide a decent service.

Well some boxes xm radio dont work on iks vip and some do work, so that's why I asked him which box does he use so I can let him know
