It's either an ECM on the weekend or they are doing maintenance on the server. Hopefully it is maintenance and it will be back up soon.

I unplugged my box , unplugged and replugged my modem . Waited for internet to come back up , plugged in my box . Waited for it to reboot . Went to server setting tools and applied . No connection . Did the complete reset 3 times . Still no connection . Are we down ?

Oh ya , I turned off my box before unplugging , and turned it back on after replugging it in the series
