Be lucky you were even offered a refund......
Had this service for many years without an issue and now changes have been made and not by Frigidaire or sat9182 so you need to change your equipment like the rest of us to keep watching. Nothing to do with the service itself.
lol ppl need to understand that iks and iptv arent a legit business theres no BBB
here to fall back on.paying 2 years for any of the two isnt a smart thing to do
blaming a service actually trying to hurt the service is only burning your bridges
so eye for an eye here should have handled it with more patience.
