Thank you, that's cool. Now the evidence is completed, 2.44 is not harmful for any Jynxbox Ultra in the market.

i just upgrade from 243 to 244..on v2..works fine so far
i my get one if i find cheap enough...low on pesos
ok...I wanted to be certain on this file 2.44 is safe on all original jynxboxes...I have v2 when I load it says v4...that's normal?...works great on clone...fast EPG, channel changes, & server pickup!
I beg to differ. I have seen many true jynx's have issues and there was a post today with a member that now has issues....http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php...87#post1038187
This same person stated this in a post.
That is with a regular bin, I would say it's not the file but the box that has issues.Quote:
going to record something tonight.dont know about anyone else but when ever i recorded i would get lots of micro freezing.
Some people brick a box with a regular bin, I've seen it a million times.
Can't argue with the bricking a box with a regular bin. lol
i keep checking mine..i let you know
I had to remove my then 244 file from my original jynx...slowed down things like a long time to connect to server freezes often,,,then My final decision was that the remote became unresponsive with the unit while on and off....went back to 239 works great...not as fast as I have seen with the 244 file but I do believe it does something to the box itself...that's too bad because it was good but something going on with it loaded over time...anyone else getting issues?
If your unit is original, 243 should be the firmware for that box. Many people with clones thinking they are originals, Some well built clones and some not so good. The 239 bin is good for all.
I bought this jynx v4 knowing it is a clone as a replacement for my linkbox, that went down after 5 months of use. I think it is an excellent box; the remote control is weak, it has to pointed to the box for it to work. I'm planning on buying another one.
