Update, I've gotten to the bottom of the issues. It was the power supply. Received the new one today, plugged it in and got back 82. Only thing now is the sw21 switch, it needs to be changed now. Have to change cables back and forth for now until the new switch arrives. But both 91 and 82 work well. Thanks to The Noof for all the help I received.

I went through all this, just change to twin legacy lnbs and all the issues went away and yes the help is second to none here at the fix
