Update:I punched his data as he gave it to me & it would not connect. I change the lower case "i" to a number "1" in his user/password & it connected first try.He may just have a syntax issue.

I'm pretty sure the id is in hex
there is no i in hex

i see his code is online and active right now

he could have came right out and pm'd me and I would have helped or emailed me

thanks everyone for helping him out

if i would have know it was a client that bought our service from beginning of thread he would have gotten fixed up sooner
