LOL! I didn't know it had backlighting, I'm still exploring the features of the new box.

Problem now is in the Remote Control Setup it says "Connecting" and the Backlight tab is greyed out. How do I get it to connect?

I have the remote paired, I did the auto TV setup but the backlight option is still greyed out.

Yes, I can only select the tv setup and color keys, the other two options are greyed out.

At the top it says Remote - Connecting

click unpair/add accessory and follow the manual to pair

Maybe I misunderstood, it is paired but on the remote setup app it just says connecting.

I just now unpaired it and paired again, it is connected but on the remote setup app it still says connecting and I can't select the backlight option.

if paired in settings/remote it should show bt-400 and under it connected
if it shows connected go to buzz utilities/remote control to turn backlight on

and the remote setup app is for tv not the box

In settings/remotes it shows BuzzTV BT-400 connected.

When I go to the buzztv smart remote app it says "remote - connecting" and I cannot select the backlight option.

I've asked the dev about this issue
