You sure it is not your provider having issue ?

Try using Pluto TV M3U list ? Just to see if it is the specific server it doesn't like...

Before that, is there a way to turn off auto updates?

I emailed Buzz and they think the mac addy could have been cloned. Is there a way to change mac address on the XRS 4500?

what service are you using?

You have been changed to xc api

Was just coming to post that....The Buzz team said in an email that it was likely that the mac addy was cloned.

For some reason it is taking a long time to load. When it finally loads it freezes a lot
