Once you click on the Cydia Icon on your phone you will get to the Cydia home screen. There, you will see MiWi 4.0 WiFi Tethering . Just click that and install.Quote:

My device has had a pending request forever lol. At 1 time is was green though saying blobs were saved! Umbrella in the meantime :).
