I have been on 12297 the entire time. I think at this point it is an alignment issue, I just can't do it. Very frustrated.

on sat 110 what is youre signal and quality
on sat 119 what is the lnb freq should be 11250 check youre lnb if it has any cracks and check youre cable if you have done all that and you instaled the bracket you should be watching tv good luck
if the old cable is rg-59 it would explain your problem... please use a process of elimination or be like my wife...lol...sorry
please check the cable running to the dish
if your dish is only up for decoration...no... lol... seriously... when I switched from cable tv it would not work until I replaced some old 59 with new good 6 cable & then... Shazam... satellite TV...read this thread...http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php...25#post1060125 so your answer would be yes it makes all the difference in the world & if you did not completely unplug your receiver when you connected your switch then that may be fried too... no working switch could cause your problem... bad connections/rust &/or water can put you down...receivers are signal hogs so they will choose the route with the least resistance... make sure your dish is grounded also or take a bigger risk of frying all or part of your system in a storm.

So the saga continues..... I found this pick, is this correct???
I'm not trying to beat a dead horse, but I am determined to figure this out!
I have decided to go back to BEV for now. Apparently Nimiq was easy to find, not like that darn 119.... lol. I thank everyone who took the time to help so far. I will keep trying, and I will keep you updated. In the meantime, if anyone else has any ideas, don't hesitate to post. Thanks again :)
