Don't think so. I've been running same with no issues. Can you go into settings and make sure you can connect to server.

Ping the server , seem to be up but port is down .

I guess double check all settings. If it doesn't work contact your seller.

server is up and freeze free pm your seller only after you reboot your modem, router and receiver

i'm up now after i contact my seller it was sending bad requests to server , so i just rescan back the channels

cat says no picture, no connection, even after reboot.

if your freezing i would definitely look at your set up cause your getting great times from our end
