A plumber friend says its been freezing through out the day......not bad but not as stable as in past.This is certainly not a criticism of the service, just a report.

How many STB's do you have?
If it's two, then set one to main server and other to backup server. Something changed that effected my nieghbours, but I got them up with this method, and am in touch with satb about it.

Reboot sat receiver and router, leave them both off for more than 60 seconds.
