I can't even log into my beastiptv account :( I hope this gets fixed soon.
I was just merely making a statement ffs. You need to CHILL. I have been patient all day so STFU. Also was hoping to hear from someone that might know if they know when it will be coming back. Also would be nice if there was a discord.
Well what would help is to have a discord set up. I have had beast for a while so some sort of way to communicate would be nice, besides a forum. I even put a ticket in and it was closed without saying a word which is very disrespectful. So yeah I'm very upset at the customer service atm.
BTW, my first post was NOT demeaning in any way, the person that posted right after me is the one that needs to chill. It's pretty sad that I had to jump through hoops to find this forum, it's nowhere on the website and there isn't a discord posted anywhere. I have had other IPTVs where they have had discord and you could report channel outages and such, which was nice.
Not to mention I was just making sure that Beastiptv is still alive, with all the IPTVs going down lately I was just curious.
SERIOUSLY? YOU'RE GONNA CALL ME AN IDIOT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SUCKS BALLS. I pay for 2 goddamn accounts and I make one ****ing post about what's going on and if anyone knows about what time I might get my service that I am paying for back up and this is how I am ****ing treated. The ticket I put in was closed without saying a damn thing.
As far as the statement about seeing if beast tv was still alive, I had to search to find this forum and when I finally did I saw his post was up so I was like ok I will see what happens and yes close to 2 hrs later I posted again because there was no other post about it. This is BY FAR the worst IPTV as far as customer service I have ever had. As I keep saying a damn discord would be nice.
It would be nice if someone kept us all in the loop about what's going on. That post is now several hrs old and still there's no news on what's going on or when we'll get the service back.
I'm not STFU when I made a good first post and then was ridiculed for it, ffs. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting so of course I'm gonna post on here.
If you want service level agreements, then it is time to go back to your cable company and spend 10x more. These services are there today and can be gone tomorrow. Like I tell everyone, never invest more than you are willing to lose.
When someone who pretty much represents a specific services says it's down, they usually come back and provide more info once they can get some. If they don't post anything, odds are, they have no clue yet and prefer to get more info before misleading anyone. Many of the servers and services used for these services are not local, and therefore sometimes it takes a while to get answers. And with US thanksgiving holiday, I can tell you any US datacenter (big or small) is running at limited capacity starting today for any customer service requests, considering many have taken super long weekends already.
Patience. And you are not PAYING for a service, you are making a donation to help the servers run, and in exchange you get to use the servers :)
