I DM'ed and didn't get any reply at all.
Sorry folks, between Prima's EPG issue and other services having some issues my inbox has been blowing up. I believe I've replied to everyone now if not please shoot me another msg.
Guide issue with Prima has been resolved.
Please clear cache and reboot your device if it doesn't auto populate.
Just added another service.

Currently an isolated issue for some Prima users. Waiting on further info.
Yearly back up option is now available.
Its a full service high end server with North American, Internationals, PPV and VOD/Series.
