Smoking is very harmful for our health to quite smoking, first strongly decide you in your mind and create connection with people which are already quit smoking. When you want to smoke, you can drink water and eat banana because both are effective. You can take help to your doctor.

WelI just popped in again to see how everyone is. I'm still smoke free (since spring 08). I don't think I'll go back, not this time.

MY TIP:
If you want to quit cigrettes jus say with strong feeling thati m not going to smoke today just today everyday do this with strong feeling.
