it realy sucks the box is good and the picture quality is realy good if the support comes on they may have the best hd box and their sales will increase

Good Box ,great audio/vid, but I think their support walked us down the isle again, and this time the didn't kiss us first. lol lol lol

Hi folks, I was able to setup a nanolite and I just bought a nano HD and I don't know where to start to set it up. the menu is different from the nano lite. I don't have much experience and I was wonder if there a list of steps A to z.

Any help is much appreciated.

Obviously this helpful hint is useless because if the poster had looked in the files section it would have been obvious that there are no guides for this receiver. It has some redeeming qualities, but the support to date is lame because there are many simple fixes that would have quickly made it a serious contender. Something tells me this receiver isnt going to be around too long. It is mainly being sold in Canada which may be why the support has been limited.

Are you kidding me???? You are leaving a receiver on the side for a sw update when it works...some people are never happy no matter what. I'm enjoying my crystal clear hd picture with my nano hd.

Maybe you could write a guide if you have it all figured out. I am sure folks would find it helpful and you could let dishuser know when you have put it in the files section.
