Well I don't have an android box, so I am not sure what the best option is using a pc.

No guide on kodi,but i have a emulator for ok2 apk on a pc.

But I'm sure there is a way to be able to download and configure the Windows version of Perfect Player to get it to work with OK2. I don't have an M3U account, but from some threads that I read, it is something in this form, but I can't confirm:

Sichbo works great if you have an atsc tuner in your computer. It has a beautiful interface and guide. It used to work great with a genpix skywalker, but newcamd does not work with it anymore. It won't work with IPTV though.

Sichbo does work with newcamd, I'm watching right now with my skywalker.
Have you looked at the tvheadend settings? I googled it and it said it does iptv.
Not sure if it works for this but you can put in ip,port#,username and password. If it did work I doubt there would be any guide info.
It would be great to have everything working on one app though.
I will try myself if I can find a seller that accepts Vanilla prepaid.
