ahhhh, ok. Ill get the file and see how it goes.....Is it an update or a clean install of a newer version?

Found it but it says: App not installed The package appears to be corrupt....I tried twice to make sure.

I have the box with me now. I did get it to connect but had to hit 'connect' a few times as it kept saying 'cannot get a response from server' Once I backed out of the server section, it would connect.

Any other way to get this box up to date?

I continue to have the same problem with version 1.6(86) I did a factory reset and it did not help I also did a hard reset with no success.my pvr is no longer there and when I press update it show connect service fail.is there anyone that can help me.thank you in advance.
