In a way they are correct as it is down and up or up and down here but definitely not stable.

it's working great and up no freezing here with channels

maybe you have unstable internet?

Can concur , excellent no problems working real good.

down also, scrambled channel, tried rebooting etc message cannot connect to server. checked all account particulars, rebooted machine etc. still scrambled channel.
