The only stock they have to replenish is Dish cards and receivers after a card hit. So it sounds like they are having trouble getting new cards and receivers with the keys pulled and then activating them.
They used to outsource this and didn't pull their own keys - if that is still the case maybe someone got tired of doing all the heavy lifting ;-)
Is rock down permanently?
So far yes. They are aware and said there is no time line to return, if they return.
Is all iks community down or just rocket?

I believe rocket will be back in time as iks is still alive and well. They will simply charge for two different services, not just one service witha free service attached. Too much money to leave on the table..jmo
