south up and running good. North has a few channels working but very bad freezing. Has anything changed like IP Or anything on north

is service down? was freezing a lot last few days and been up and down. Newer customer and service hasn't been solid since I sign on, had better luck with other service for half the price. Hope this gets up and running soon.
