well i wounder how long pp keeps does records before they are recycle....for what i understand hotmail and other services keep a copy of all e-mails 6 months to 1 year and then is all flush out of their servers to make space....i remember cases on tv were police is investigating a murder and went to e-mail providers to retrieve their info and found out they dont keep it that long in their server and what they were looking for had already been deleted from the server....so i wounder how long pp keeps it before it removes it.
i believe if after 1 year your pretty much safe....now agree with the others here dont pay for service using PP.
So it seems that all this talk is around Charlie. Is anyone out there concerned about BEV here in Canada???
here's what I found

Last I checked pp keeps all transactional records forever. Not sure how long after the account has been 100% closed but I would guess years. Just think about your personal income taxes.
As for Hotmail the last I read records were stored 60 days after being deleted from the Recycling Bin (or what ever they call it now). Messages still may be found within other prior backups that have been made.
Yahoo and Gargle are just as bad.
You should be able to find more details on eff dot org.
what i mean is if u going pay it has to be a re-seller thats off sure but u cant use a vanilla card....i give u a example the P$ in mexico are less likely to get raided...but the way things are looking i dont think people have to worry to much if they pay using PP....channels are falling off and it does not look like their coming back....looks like dish has figure it out....but time will tell.
If the account is phony its going to be tough to track it back to someone. I'm sure the NSA could do it but I think DN is just looking for a list of names and addresses to send out letters. I doubt they are going to track fake names and emails sent on public wifi's with spoofed mac addresses. I agree you should not do anything using your real info.
It's not safe to use resellers. They will belly up on you in a split second. Better to buy directly from IKS provider. Do not ever use paypal.Never,Never,Never
a lot of resellers except vanilla card's, some only take them best thing to do is start to pm and make your own decision
Does anyone know about iks4less?...... i have heard about them but i'd like to see some feedbacks before placing my order they accept Bitcoin & PerfectMoney too
who accepts prepaid visa or MC for ik$ donations? I am looking for 118 and 119.
Shoot me a PM for bitcoin, moneypak, prepaid vanilla processing.
Anyone out there who may sell 1 month sub for testing and except vanilla Visa card?
How does greendot moneypak work now since it don't have scratch off anymore. You get a receipt at the cash register now from what I understand so how would you transfer money to other person. Thanks
It appears that in the United States there is no way to send any funds under the Obama Adm. unless you give all personal information !!! The Green Dot Money Pak is gone and all replacements now require all personal information ... ( Bitcoin may be the only way now ) If anyone knows of a another way please speak up ..............Lol
Wondering about this way to be safe. I see there is a MyCash My Paypal card out you can buy at CVS and at the counter you load money to the card to be added to a PayPal account. Has a scratch off number so could this be used by a buyer to add money to a sellers account?
I just went to CVS and got one. Loaded just 20 to see how it works. Looks to me like the old MoneyPak way. I sign in to My Cash at PayPal and put my numbers in and it loaded the 20 to my account after I click on accept. So I would say give the numbers to a seller and they can load whatever amount they are charging. Maybe the draw back is you can not get cash in hand it just loads the account but not sure how PayPal works myself.
are their any vanilla cards that don't require a ssn number?
What do you mean ? I have never required any information to buy and use vanilla Mastercards. Is this an American thing ? I buy vanilla cards all the time as gifts for birthdays ect.. and for all my online shopping. There is a post on the process of purchasing and registering vanilla cards for use with paypal here http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php...ly-Anonymously
Are the Vanilla cards in other countries like the good ol USA different and require more information to register or use ? Anyone with info on this let me know.. thanks
wow, I had no idea. Sounds like there may be a big demand for Canadian vanilla cards.. I smell a business opportunity! lol :grr:
Thanks for the update.. for the record all Canadian prepaid visa / mastercards you can purchase and use almost directly after purchase, its activated automatically at the point of sale. Most places online they can be used directly with out registering it, but if you want to attach it to an account like paypal then you have to register it to a zip or postal code. That is the only information you are able to input for the card.
Makes me wonder how long before the Canadian cards will require more identifiable information to use them if at all. Oh well just another reason Canada is better :tehe:
Try a onevanilla prepaid visa. They do not require an SSN to use.
The Obama Adm. stopped ALL prepaid cards that I know of that do not require SS , name, address, e-mail, phone number and etc. ... Money pak, Visa, MC, and all others in the USA .... (if you know of ANY and where to purchase, please share) ???
I have no way to test the American cards, I know NONE of the Canadian 'gift' cards require any information at all. The ones that DO require information are the prepaid Mastercards and Visa's which are re-loadable thus you must register the card with personal info.
It looks like NoName may be on to something as the OneVanilla cards claim they require no personal information to purchase and use because they are not re-loadable and can only be used electronically (can't take cash from machines) ect.. If anyone gets a chance to try one of these let us know..
OneVanilla page is hereCode:https://www.onevanilla.com/onevanilla/about.html
my mailman used onevanilla cards, he didn't have to register it but he did register the zip code.....no ssn number or name or anything required. He then linked the onevanilla to his fake paypal and then paid that way.
did your mailman have to give a phone number or E-mail ... How was the contact made to activate the card ???
Yes, so that's the same as the Canadian vanilla cards from the sounds of it. You buy them anywhere and can use them anywhere cards are accepted in person, but to use it online it needs to be registered to an address (just zip or postal code) for the credit card verification systems to work properly on web stores.
There is no contact to activate it, when you buy the card its activated automatically at the point of sale. there is a post here http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php...ly-Anonymously that should give you a better idea what we are talking about here.
