Thanks to all for your help, the problem was the internet, rebutted the Telus router 3 times and it finally kicked in. My Ethernet pc was ok and wifi was ok but not the sat. box. I should have checked first the sat box for Ethernet, lesson learned, next time I will. It could be because Telus is working on the fiber optics cable in our neighborhood.
