hd channels on 61.5 bird is down

Sure would be nice if channel 342 ( EWSTN ) would be available, been unavailable for maybe 2 weeks.

we have a problem, with the database, a few accounts are down, we are working
We are also deleting accounts that were stealing channels, from those clients we do not accept claims, we can give them the history of what they were doing. this hurts the majority of clients who are honetos in the use of the service
