i can not get any PPV on port 10410 are they down?

and i can confirm 17110 is still running i am watching as i type
down 10410, so there rite, only 6 ports are working, why is that, 10410 wsa 1 of the first out , i think
not sure why only 6 are working im sure there will be a release explaining the reason for it at some point
Up on port 17110 using IP 185.8.106.83
running fine no issues on 17110 on domain
all ports now showing as up
