Is there an issue today, as I have a black screen with no message this morning on all channels.
Connection shows ok and s/q are both good, but the screen is just black. Tried rebooting as well.

Good news all channels are up. What I have done was a hard reboot, power off the stb, then unplug it,
and leave everything off for about 10 minutes. Then plug back in,turn on power, and you'll have channels back.
Many french channels are not working.
It's best to list the affected channels for confirmation purposes.Quote:

Hi with these dam clouds in the sky its hard to get a signal on most channels all say bad or no signal is anyone else haveing that problem thanks
IF you are using a T5 & getting the Bad/No Signal message on TV, it is most likely your power adapter failingQuote:

I think he meant 91 I'm lost all as well on my T5. I used to load my guide from CTV2E ch 1202 12.428GHZ. Any idea what channels I can use on 84 to load a guide

Many channel are down the few that are up take long time to come on. That is on my T5. Is that the end of sat 82?
