Fish of the day is pickerel.
The farmer neighbor gave us a huge pile of fresh picked green beans...spent several hours removing beans and have the prepared slaughtered pig meat another rancher prepared, so making homemade baked beans w/ ham tonight, been slow cooking for 4 hours now, and of course fresh baked bread...have to make something great on a rainy day/night.
Did some mild Italian sausages on the BBQ and put them on a soft sausage bun. Side of mac salad.

too hot to cook so it's tuna sandwich's and potato salad with a few ice cold beers.

Anyway once done with outside work having home made meatball subs. The meatballs have been simmering in a nicely seasoned tomato sauce for 6 hours. Sauce is nice and rich and meatballs are firm yet tender and juicy. Yum can't wait. :thumbsup:
