It is up most of the time. Do you have the right info? Should contact your reseller and see if the info they gave you is connecting.Quote:

Because apparently I got disconnected because I have 2 services on the same box....

if you using the service on a non working channel some receivers will switch to dn server looking for cw. when the mismatch happens the server removes you. so best to use one at a time.

I had that same problem for 2 days, saying connected but nothing was coming in. I unplugged my receiver from the wall and let it be for 20+ hours. Eventually it came back up.
