Be careful who you use, my brother has been with one service provider from the beginning of the 2 new servers, his service expired 2 months ago and as usual paid renewal with van visa and got confirmation his service was good through august, 2 days ago he had no tv so contacted the reseller but the reseller no longer responds, contacted the service provider and they say they never used the card but the card has been used so he is cut off from using their service, great way to treat a loyal customer that is a senior living on a fixed income

Thank you but like i said i was keeping everything private until the reseller brought it public, i am having issues with service that i do not think are fair to air until people involved have had a chance to try to resolve them and i was merely trying to warn others to be careful with choices they make, that is why the thread came alive as it is a "paying for iks thread", i appreciate your reply and i understand your interest but like i said i feel it is fair to try resolving in private at this time that is why i never mentioned any names, it use to be folk appreciated help or warnings but now if you try to help people you get insulted, i thought that is why we are here to help each other
