Tri Tip was $2.99US a pound yesterday (must have been a lead in) so I bought 20 pounds and froze most of it. But tonight we’ll have the fresh cut Tri Tip marinated in Yoshida souse, baked potato with all the fixings, asparagus tips, garden salad and chocolate cake & vanilla ice cream.
