I,v been getting a lot of freezing am i the only one ?kelenag .
You are not alone kelenag. I reported this last week. Ever since the URL change etc....the service has been freezing badly except for the new LOW badwidth channels. which work great and those were just added. I suspect BESTBOY knows there is a problem with there high def channels. I am starting to suspect the boxes most of us use are not capable of seeing these really high def channels on Bestboy and therefore the reason they added low bandwidth channels. Most of us have 300Mbs internet service or higher but most of the boxes out there can't even come close to getting those speeds. I am also unable to use a VPN on Bestboy anymore either since the URL change.....and that's like driving without a seatbelt on...it only takes the one time!
Walter has been very helpful and I am sure he is pulling his hair out right now. Hopefully it gets worked out because as of now I am not watching anything....especially without a VPN :(

Guys I'm a loss as to why a few of you are having these buffering issues now.
Personally, and for the vast majority of my peeps the service has never run better or with this kind of quality on the North American and UK content.
I've been thru the basics with most of you trying to diagnose the issue but the problem for me is its not consistent for everyone.
Usually when I receive reports of buffering I'm able to confirm the issue on my end and report it to Admin and its corrected. But when my experience is different than my clients and I'm unable to reproduce the issue its difficult to blame the server for that.
I can say I discovered a problem with Tivimate last night and the default exoplayer in version 2.6.5. After changing the player to VLC the issue was resolved. Then I noticed there was an update to 2.7.0 and that also fixed the issue and I was able to switch back to the default exoplayer player.
I'm here to help everyone in any way I can though..

Kenkell1 you described the issues to a “T” since the URL change it’s been unwatchable. And ditto to the VPN comment above as well.
Just saw a the ch lineup change and it looked great. Was flipping through a few ch’s and had one freeze, so. Switched to a different server.
Liked the server when it was working and no complaints about the service.

So last night I too starting having issues with the freezing. I decided to change my DNS settings in my modem to Cloudflares 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 and it completely resolved the issue instantly. Now after changing the DNS I did also reboot my modem so I'm 100% not sure what actually fixed the problem but I would suggest you guys having issues to try changing the DNS and see what happens.
Something is being worked on for those with freezing/routing issues.
The issue appears to have been resolved! Currently working well with no buffering on the channels I watch.
The fix is being applied now.
Please feel free to report your experience. Early reports from testers are positive so far.
