Try the url instead of the ip address.
Check the tutu side to find the IP if you are using it.

Surprisingly enough, I've experienced on countless occasions that simply turning the Dreamlink T5 STB OFF and back ON again whenever I experience scrambled channels brings everything back to life. No need to disconnect, no need to check settings. As simple as that.
