is back up its on a ****ty server at moment no reseller panels at this time
no renewals but have changed exp's so no one will exp until panels can be restored
this is a temp solution until servers back up or we can get a decent new server issued
they are still not telling us what servers are ruined and what one got saved
we will do our best to keep system up on its current server its on right now

With the recent ovh France fire, It saddens us to announce, We have lost everything, All panels All data everything

We are at a total loss and have no way to get access to any files.
We have put a temp server up with trial modes to allow users to get TV while we waited to hear back from the data center in hopes not all was lost.
Now we have been informed it's all gone.
The server is ruined and all data gone.
We paid ovh to do auto backups.
We assumed they where at a different data center, as it turns out they where in the same data center, Just a different room which was also destroyed in the fire.

State of Backup Service (Free or Paid) for the SBG customers:

- Free/Paid Backup pCC in SBG1 was hosted in an separated room of SBG1. Both rooms are destroyed.

We now have no way to know who has paid and for how long so we have no choice but to start over.
We sincerely hope that we can keep our clients, and you will continue to buy our services in the future.
We should have a new server up and be off temp server by end of weekend.
We have reinstalled new software including new reseller panels.
Anyone who renewed after the 11th of march we have your info and have added it to the new server.
We had a few others in our pm box still and have added them to our new server aswell.
You can check if your login is one of the ones we still had by checking in our code checker.

This will give you a week to make arrangements for tv either with us or with another provider.
We have served this community for years and wish to continue to serve you as our clients in the future.
I sincerely apologies and hope you understand this is a very tragic incident for all involved.

So we’re good till the 20th then? I expire on the 23rd so its all good. But are we down now ?

yes the trial access mode shut off 20th
server will be down for a little bit i made a big error in configuration and have to fix bunch of stuff sorry

Temp server is being shut off @ 3pm Eastern Daylight Time
New server working solid so far.
Big thanks to frigidare for transferring my existing sub over without any fuss.
If anyone else had time left on their sub when the old server went poof, just let him know and he'll help you out.

Had no idea there was an issue til I went down today...fridgidaire got me back up and running after a few pms...been in this game for about 15 years now and never had close to this kind of service before...THANKS fridgidaire!!!
