NFPS is aware that there is a problem with the Mac addresses, mostly on the Mags, they are working with the developers to fix it. Users are getting such messages as "contact your provider" or simply not connecting...sometimes with blue bars, etc.
In the meantime the Macs will work on Kodi and other emulators.

As most of you know there is a BIG problem with the implementation of the passwords that is causing a big problem for all. We have no info on when it will be fixed.

All those users who are experiencing problems to connect to the IPTV using your username and password that i recall is the same as your donation number, please try doing IPTV reset to your account at the Papiao site. papiao.tv/main/search_nfps/
After performing the IPTV reset restart your STB or application and try to connect again.
If you use the STB emulator and connects but you can't watch the channels
1- Go to Settings -> Profile -> [ Profile Name ] -> Device ID in the application menu.
2- Make sure that the option "Send Device ID to Service Provider" is checked.
3- Reload the application and try again.
If it doesn't work try doing an IPTV Reset to your donation number.
KODI users who are receiving the error "Device ID mismatch"
If you are getting this error in your KODI, it means that your addon is not sending the Device ID properly. Please follow these steps to fix it:
1- Go to this website

2- Now lets generate a unique key that you will use as the device ID, You must create it using your MAC, Serial Number and Donation Number in the "Data" field with the following format:

MAC Address - Serial Number - Donation Number
3- Once you have entered the information into the data field make click on "Calculate SHA256 Hash" and you will get a key like this:

4- Copy this key and paste it into your addon settings in the device id section.
5- Do an IPTV Reset to your donation number.
6 - Reload KODI and try again.
NOTE: If you use our customized PVR Stalker Addon, it already generates all this automatically so you may only need to do the IPTV Reset part.

NFPS has notified us that the Papiao sites are down and they are looking for the problem Hopefully it will be back up soon.
Also, either the sales order number or the email address with which you ordered can be used to check your donation number to link the Mac address.

Unfortunately today I cannot come up with any more excuses: Lately, we have failed in delivering everything we have proposed. I can promise our technical team is highly adept, but I must admit that it has faulted in recent events.
I personally assume all responsibility and extend my most sincere apology for the damage and frustration this has caused to all our users. I know it is frustrating not being able to enjoy of our TV services as simple and straightforward as it should be. I put myself in your position and, as a user as well, I would be utterly frustrated.
I will not ask anymore of your patience, you have already been patient for the longest, and I won't provide for vague pretenses. Instead, I will bluntly explain and hope you understand, that I need some time to repair the technical damages we face, and wish to offer an extension for your active donation's maturity.
It is an understatement to say this will be resolved in a matter of 1 or 2 hours, but I can assure you we [our team], won't sleep or eat in the aims of fixing the situation sooner than expected. The traffic growth has generated unexpected handling problems, but it is not anything we cannot, or have not, weathered.
Again, my sincerest apology for the inconvenience and distrust this may have cause. I will be keeping you updated to make sure you are all aware of the situation and what is being done to fix it as we move on.

There seems to be a problem with IKS and the Zeta staff assumes it is a server problem but we have no info from NFPS.
saw this posted elsewhere... it may just be a standardized response but when asked about what the status of 118 was... this was their response... cp...
We are currently experiencing problems with some channels but our team is working hard to restore everything back to normal.

IMPORTANT Security Measure
As a security measure starting on April 5th the "Search Donation" form will require the E-Mail address or the Order Number and the Donation number to be able to consult a Donation number.
Without this information you wont be able to check your donation status, link a MAC address, change the current MAC or make IPTV reset. If you bought from a Reseller please ask him for the information specified as "Donation Client" because that's what you will have to use instead of the E-Mail or the Order number in order to be able to consult your donation number.

I have been informed that NFPS is have problems bringing International Channels back and we are not sure if it will be possible to bring them back again. NFPS is still working on a way to do this but it does not look good at this time. I am asking that members stop posting all International Channel request at this time. In order to improve the service security and stability we will implement the username and password authentication starting on February 1st, the username and password will be the donation number tied to your MAC Address, this information was provided in your order details. In case you don't know your username or password please get in contact with your provider to avoid loss of service.

A new version of the STB Emulator and PVR Stalker (KODI Addon) will be released very soon to ensure full compatibility, is highly recommended to update to the latest version once it's available and always use our custom version of both applications.
The IPTV Stalker (KODI Addon) won't be supported anymore, unless its creator makes the necessary fixes to be compatible with our system.

ATTENTION THOSE MEMBERS DEALING WITH --- STEVED ---
steved has blatently advertised his ability to fix you all up with another service that works and has all the channels and is up all the time and low cost and you can even buy a mag from him loaded etc etc
He has stated in numerous posts how he has this fantastic service with canadian channels and about every other channel anyone could want, how it is low cost and when members inquire he tells you to send him a pm and he responds to those with his sales spiel and his phone. He is not giving you another service you may order directly from but is a reseller so to speak of something and you can buy from him.
He has been banned permanently under this name for rules violations. HOWEVER don't worry he will very likely be back offering to sell more suckers the best deal with this type of service.
I attempted to ban him a couple of days ago but was timing out on the site so decided to just let it go - That network problem will probably cost some of you some bucks!!
IMHO this steved is STEVEB111 so if you thought you were getting over on us by getting the info from him and placing an order with him - well there is a distinct change that you will not saved any money at all. If you pay him and he delivers whatever you are purchasing it likely will not last for the duration that you paid for.
When he begins sales under a new name he usually does deliver to the first customers for awhile so as to get you guys to use word of mouth to get his sales really going and then when it slows down a bit evryone finds out that their subs don't work anymore etc.

Our technical team have been able to address and resolve the network issue that was affecting the portal connection, In order to mitigate this kind of problems in the future, we have had to make changes and created 5 different portal clusters to handle users in different network segments. All users have been distributed between the new portal clusters and you will have to update the portal URL in your STB or application.
To get the new portal URL associated to your Donation Number / MAC Address please use the form.
