Yes, it says server can't connect. The other service used is connecting fine so I do know it's something with the server.

Everything has been working fine for sometime now.......maybe tutumx turned you off LOL

Yes I did that, but havent heard back from tutu yet.
Was just hoping someone who had the new url and port could share it. Or PM me is probably better.
I know the user and password are good as it wasnt set to expire until April 2018

A friend of mine said it was necessary to contact the seller using the email address used when you got the service.
Once he did that he was provided with information that allowed him to connect to the service.
Yes I did try that also but haven't heard back from tutu on here or the email address used when the service was purchased.
I'm not too worried yet, tutu has been great to deal with.
But if it's just a simple url and port change, which is what it should be as the service still had months remaining on it, I kind of thought it wouldn't be a big deal for someone with the RX service to PM me the working url and port :-)

Contact him (or her) and request that information it will be sent to you promptly. No point posting it here. We want our screens to stay up no? Let's not plaster "sensitive info" all over the public domain for some to act on.
i've been down 3month on south now ... after that cut and still no service i see some of you are still up ? I didn't know i was getting nfps when i register with tutu
For those that are down, could they just use the info from tutu’s home website to restore services or is that info now outdated? My plumber has seen different ports that also work and is confused now.
