Afternoon, Is anyone else having a difficult time getting in? it is taking 4 or 5 minutes to get in if at all. Then alot of buffering. Most boxes are the Classic (4/64) or the HD5 (4/32). All are hardwired, cache cleared and some even reset. Most have a 250mb internet speed and almost all are reading correct speeds. One or two are on VPN.
Also what is the current version for the Classic?
I see the XRS4500 is in the 5.0.893 and the classic is at the 5.0.799. Is this correct?

I have another server right now, which has been solid for years, and all of a sudden these last 2 weeks, one of our local ISP has been blocking it during major sporting events :( Using a VPN bypasses the blocking, but trying to explain to customers, is not always obvious. The cost of these services is small. So anyone getting into this, and has no tolerance for the occasional glitch or possibly no stream for some time, should have at least 2 services (to have a backup).

then next one & so on
Hopefully you should see only slight outages

Got it working here on a variety of boxes with no issues or freezing and NO VPN needed (for now at least). Even have some friends using it on old AppleTV boxes using the generic IPTV Smarters app and no issues either.
Are you using the latest wicked app ?

Other option to try if you have a PC, is to use Firefox browser, and see if you can use the Web player. PS: It only works with "firefox" on a PC.
