back up now, for me i lose service every night about the same time for the last 4 days or so but no probs during the day

Down also look like it is always prime time.
We are working hard to correct the issues out west. As of right now the west feeds are down and we removed some of the HD line up to stop the freezing. SD channels are up.
My SD channels i've tested work, HD is down for sports
I am watching BC CTV channel and has been freeze free for the last 40 minutes on the West Coast. Thanks to sat9182 for keeping up with the maintenance.
Add me to the list of having these issues of system freezing every night for the last while.

Ya only SD. Just an FYI so people aren’t resetting their systems like crazy. This is very tame and nice. At one time all hell would break loose and people would be going crazy. I guess one reason is everyone has a Android box backup. At one time I knew 50 people doing FTA, now none, zero. I mean like no one I know. Everyone is using an Android internet box of some sort now.

I am very happy with sat 9182. This is the first little glitch in the 6 months I have been with them and there is still SD. Not a problem with me. Also they have informed us that they are working on HD and will have it up and running soon. So relax

Yes freezing up and down and taking longer when turning channels.
I even did a reboot of modem/router and receiver plus a fresh re-scan.
I am sure they are working on it now.
Update: it looks to be fixed now thanks to the sat9182 group.
