I'll try to post a few free sites so you can choose one to your liking....then if you would like it custom tailored...just make a new thread in the Help Section and we'll see what we can do.....;)

Size requirements:

members have 100x100 at 20k
vip and visiting have 100x100 at 35k
chatops,mods and supermods have 125x125 at 45k
admins have 150x150 have 65k
