My buddy's XPL3000 just had this pop up 'software caused connection to abort'
Now he cant connect to OK2 at all. I had him do a factory reset and still wont connect. Maybe try a hard reset? I assume its an issue with the buzz app in his box?

He has an XPL3000 and is running OK2. I asked him if he used Youtube or any other apps and he said he tried once when he first got the box over a year ago but hasn't since. It maybe some other app that's causing his box to drop connection?
wired or wireless?
Tried both ways.....also turning one off when trying the other.
you sure he is using the buzz software?
I did talk to the dev who told me that is not a message in their software
He uses the 'livetv' from the main page to connect. If it is some other app thats causing this, Ill walk him through a hard reset.
dhcp. The clock is correct so I know he is getting an internet connection for sure.
Not sure if I want to walk this guy through that on the phone in case something goes wrong. Good buddy of mine but not very technical. Im surprised he can change channels without a problem....lol...Not that bad but......
I walked him through a hard reset and still the same. Wierd thing is I was going to try a different service for him with user/pass but none of the servers have 'streaming line' Only show 'user credentials' Is the box stuck on an old version? Tried to update but said 'no updates available'
We did that but why doesnt 'streaming line' show up? I looked at my box and if I uncheck 'streaming line', even with user credentials checked and entered, it comes up sub expired. Recheck the streaming line box and it connects on my end. Isnt he supposed to have that above user credentials. I assume your box has it also but his doesnt.
