My Brother...

I lost my only brother Tuesday morning, I was the oldest, he was only 55 but had many health problems as do I. I've never had such paper work to do and so much pain in my life of losing my only brother and I was NOT prepared for this. It is a great burden and very exhausting time with all the paper work involved, the faxes and the forms to be filed, not to mention the expense, so I suggest whoever you are please have plans in place ahead of time so it doesn't place so much pressure on you at the last moment. I loved my only brother but hardships happen everyday and you never know...be preparded, please. Such a downer I'm sure but PLEASE think ahead...thanks....jazz.

I'm sorry you lost your brother, I know it can be hard on you but you have to remember the good times you had together to get you thru this.

My brother recently covered for us all in an estate situation. I feel for your loss Jazzman. Just glad mine was around to handle ours...

There are no words to ease your pain or colour what has happened to you.Losing a loved one is heart wrenching.
All I can say is that I hope the bad times pass quickly, and you're left with fond memories of your bro.
Take comfort in knowing that you BOTH had the best brother in the world.

Sorry for the loss of your brother. It is never an easy thing to go through but I hope people pay heed to your message and get things in order. I, myself have to do so as well but I am stuck in a legal limbo here at the moment.

In fact, it is never too early to take care of those things and maybe should even be one of the things on a high school curriculum in order to graduate. It can always be changed at any point down the road as things change.

I agree, I've never had to deal with so much paper work and faxes in my life...so not only are you dealing with the grieving process but when a close family loss occurs with no power of attorney and no will it is overwhelming what needs to take place . All I'm saying is that you talk to your loved ones and get this all worked out ahead of time cause when it may happen it is all too much to deal with at once, which is what I'm going thru now....it SUCKS!

So sorry to hear about your loss my friend. I lost mine a few years ago as well. I have some very fond memories I carry with me every day and you will also.


We have all our arrangements done just so my family doesn't have to go through what you are now. Been there twice and it it a grueling experience.
