The Leafs are 40-26 with 249 GF ,, 3rd in the league and 15 OTL ,, first in the league .... had this team had a better defence and
Had the golie played better (Anderson 14 OT) The team could have turned 5-7 of those OTL into wins, they could have finished
47-26 ... atop of the division
With an adjustments at defense and if Anderson improves over this summer ,, this team is well on its way to better days

Gardiner was 5mins from being ran out of town lmao. Big mac filled that empty spot the leafs have been looking for all season. They can rest some players now lol. Ottawa is beat up T.O. can knock them off on their way to stanleys cup with their dynasty.

well the leafs went from dead last too a playoff position in one year, and im kinda glad we play washington, because if we win a round and look good it will give the leafs brass false hope that we dont need help on our back end, or need a few more complete players, this way we lose in 4 or 5 and look like we have been run over by a bulldozer they will see what this team truly needs going into next year
just making the playoffs is a win for this group. you have to play the games first.
