I do know that I don't like to see any FTA site go down because of an attack--if the site is doing bad things, then don't go there--that seems to be all that is usually really required.
I suppose the question boils down to "Who should be allowed to kill a site?" Pretty much the same as who is allowed to kill you--is it just the government, no one at all, or some random gunman in a high spot with automatic weapons?
