Which cup will be filled first.......

Looking for just the number of cup and not an explanation for now......

I say cup 4

I'll say cup 3.

It can only be cup 3.

I also say cup 4

I change to cup 3 cups 4 and 6 are blocked and can't be filled and 7 has a hole in the bottom.

cup 3 is my answer.

The drain leading to cup 5 is also capped or blocked

I posted the smallest image so some of you sharp eyed people would miss the ones that were capped.......
