I am a little confused at how the tiers work. Is it that I would get 3 chances (3 tiers) to get the winners correct?
Like if tier one, I get all completely wrong but tier two, I get the leaders that I picked closer to the actual winner and second and third place right, Then I would make points?
I re-read the rules DD but am a bit confused still :(

You purpose is to pick 10 drivers (3 from tier one, 3 from tier two, and 4 from tier 3). And you second purpose is to pick those ten drivers in hopes that they will finish as close to the front as possible.

DD how about wrong tier driver or less ....is the lowest points still added as previously?

If you are asking about the situation where someone will make the mistake of posting the wrong driver selection for a particular tier, then yes, I will maintain the unwritten rule of you will receive the lowest finishing driver points for a mistaken choice in your tier selection. Thank you to my lending officer at the bux bank.

We now have some prizes for the winners this year. (points event races only)

As you may or may not have noticed the vBShop here on the forums now. You probably also noticed your satfix bux in your posts by your post count.

Well here are the prizes, for each race....

:first: gets 100 satfix bux
:second: gets 50 satfix bux
:third: gets 25 satfix bux

.... and for the champion ....

Note to all.... I had to adjust the winnings a little for each race and the championship.... we are in a recession and my credit was not as good as the lending officer needed :comfort1:

Wasnt it that he wanted to much colateral and the interest charge was overwhelming..??? The satfix bux bank didnt qualiify for the bailout..LOL

All of the tier orders are pretty much 98% complete.

I have all of the drivers, and car numbers posted in the rules thread.

They are per 2010 owners points, or unofficial 2011 owners points.

Don't forget they will be rearranged during the all-star week, and before the chase.

Nope. As long as you have the correct amount of drivers, and their car number, per each tier, and the tiers are in order you are good to go.

Check out the example in the rules thread, or look at some of the threads from last season.

Is there a way to penalise the heavy hitters with a negative points start to the season?? If not we are all sitting ducks for Eyeq and the Doc..LOL
