Nfusion HD with linksys router

I have had this setup for 3 years with no problems. Until the HD module died on the receiver. I have another nfusion and the HD module as a spare. Once I hooked everything up signal and quality all great but can't get a picture on Bev. I do hear sound on the HD channels. I've had this problem before with either the router or nfusion but it eventually started working. My question is would it be the HD module? I've been contemplating resetting everything.
