ok i loaded a couple free apps.. but I get no sound
but when I start the box it makes the Buzz sound, but no sound on videos or apk's
the hdmi cable is good as it works on my other buzz boxes..
I went thru all settings looking for some thing maybe I was missing.
I have the exact same issue on 2 buzz 3000s...tried hard reset, factory reset and no luck....if you got it from Fleabay, there is a seller selling new 3000s with sound issues.

will not let me try to update..
and when I try the hard reset with toothpick all I get is standby, reboot or power off every time i click the reset it toggles threw them 3 options..
