firestick set up

ok i have firestick and i go to set up

1 plug into tv/wall plug power

2 match remote

lang english

neywork..i connect to my wifi

then try to update and get error can't update

try it a few time did all the fixs listed for it...even reset and end up with same issue,,thanks in advance

Could your wifi be dropping out? You can hold back button and three oclock on the wheel for 15 sec. to return to factory software.
