could always try a 33" dish
Will give it a try..thanks d.u.
Is there a certain lnb to stay away from?
use the same as suggested
im partial to the dp plus to hit both 82 91 if you get a new one
lnb does switching pretty easy set up one dish one lnb
Will keep the same. Thanks fellas. My friend gets decent signal on 82 but almost no signal on 91 based on where she is located.
Here is an active foot print map for Nimig 6 at 91 West, as you can see by zooming in to the New England area (or her location) that the foot print for it goes almost all the way down to NYC.
If your friend is outside that foot print then she may be out of luck, a bigger dish may help, as it shows that at least a 30 inch dish would be needed right at the limit line by NYC.Code:https://www.satbeams.com/footprints?norad=38342
And I think you have your satellites mixed up as the foot print for 82 W misses the same area by quite a bit.
So maybe she is getting 91W but not 82W.Code:https://www.satbeams.com/footprints?norad=38342
hmmm interesting....she's definetly getting 82. She only gets HD feeds and no SD feeds.....She gets basically nothing on 91 and she is in New England.
something wrong with your set up frequency for 91 2000 for most transponders and qpsk
That's what it is.....always thought the 91 footprint was smaller than 82
Is your dish skewed for NE for 82-91, assuming you are using a dish 500 dish right?
